Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service, price, or availability. All service agreements are formalized through written contracts executed between Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence and the customer.
All estimates provided by Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work discussed with the customer. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed may result in a change order, which will be documented in writing and signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence will not perform work outside the original scope without written authorization.
Prices displayed or discussed on this website or during initial consultations are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, and final scope confirmation.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed-upon start and completion dates, but delays may occur due to weather, permit office processing times, material delivery delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate any material delays as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for materials already ordered or work already performed, will be specified in your written contract.
Payment terms are established in your written project contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit at contract signing, progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and customer walkthrough. All payment terms are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Invoices that remain unpaid past the due date specified in the contract may be subject to late fees as described in the contract. Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on a project where payment obligations are not met.
Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence obtains required building permits for all applicable projects as part of our standard service. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate property information, disclose any HOA requirements or deed restrictions, and obtain any HOA approvals before permit application where required.
Work will not commence on permitted projects until the required permit has been issued by the applicable jurisdiction. Delays in permit issuance are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of the project contract.
Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable building codes. Specific workmanship warranty terms will be described in your written project contract.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the product manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will document the materials used and applicable manufacturer warranties in your project paperwork.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. They also do not cover conditions that existed prior to our work.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Advanced Gainesville Deck & Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
